What is Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy is a deep process which aims to uncover what we can’t see ourselves. Blind spots formed since childhood prevent us from being fully ourselves, including limiting beliefs, repressed patterns, traumas, denials, and unconscious mechanisms.
For psychotherapy to be successful, commitment and regularity is essential. It’s an ongoing process that unfolds over regular sessions, through a verbal and non-verbal dialogue.
By establishing mutual trust and insight between therapist and client, deep work and strong commitment can be life changing and supportive.
What psychotherapy is not? It’s not…
A quick fix
Just about being listened to
Superficial support
A one-session process
Rather, it's...
Deep work
A process that requires regularity and commitment from both you and your therapist
About supporting you in exploring and uncovering your truth in an effective and direct way
About changing your perception of things in a deep and effective way which transforms every aspect of your life
How I work
Ideally, we will work together for a minimum of 3 months to give us enough time for the work to take effect.
Before the first appointment, we will have an initial call to see if I’m the right therapist for you. It’s also important for you to understand what you can expect from our work together.
Each regular weekly therapy session lasts for 60 minutes, either in person or via Google Meet.
If necessary, you can also receive additional email support throughout our work together.
Who I am
I have over 25 years of personal experience offering different therapy modalities. Attending group and individual retreats for over a decade has given me great experiences of introspection and patience.
My yoga and meditation practice brings me alignment, presence, balance and enhances my listening skills and presence.
Coming from a multi-cultural family background, I’ve travelled extensively, making me open and curious about other cultures and ways of living and being.
Working as a flight attendant for more than a decade has also enhanced my understanding of company related topics.
Through my therapy sessions, I bring good listening skills, presence, empathy, patience, insight, emotional intelligence, and a good feeling and understanding of what is going on for the client.

I take notes during our sessions. These are for my personal use. No information gets shared without prior written permission from the client.
However, there are some exceptions required by law to this. These exceptions include:

Can I have more than one session a week?
I usually have one session per week with clients but if you need more support we can schedule more sessions for a limited time and then go back to weekly sessions. This can be discussed during our time together and we can make those decisions and changes together.
