I can help you to live more fully and feel more present in your life.
I’m Christa Müller-Rappard, a qualified Psychotherapist and Compassionate Inquiry practitioner.
Through online or in person therapy sessions held in Paris, I can support you to move from being a victim of the past to becoming the prophet of your own prophecy, enabling deep changes within to live life with more ease.

Not feeling met, heard and seen
Being able to fully trust yourself and know what your needs and desires are
Saying what your needs are
Aligning all aspects of yourself
Letting go of being a victim of the past and becoming the actor of your life
Moving out of judgment into acceptance
Releasing trauma
Understanding your habits and addictions and how to lessen them
What is Psychotherapy?
For psychotherapy to be successful, commitment and regularity is essential. It’s an ongoing process that unfolds over regular sessions, through a verbal and non-verbal dialogue.
By establishing mutual trust and insight between therapist and client, deep work and strong commitment can be life changing and supportive.
What psychotherapy is not? It’s not…
Just about being listened to
Superficial support
A one-session process
Rather, it’s…
Deep work
A process that requires regularity and commitment from both you and your therapist
About supporting you in exploring and uncovering your truth in an effective and direct way
About changing your perception of things in a deep and effective way which transforms every aspect of your life
How I work
Ideally, we will work together for a minimum of 3 months to give us enough time for the work to take effect.
Before the first appointment, we will have an initial call to see if I’m the right therapist for you. It’s also important for you to understand what you can expect from our work together.
Each regular weekly therapy session lasts for 60 minutes, either in person or via Zoom.
If necessary, you can also receive additional email support throughout our work together.
Ideally, I schedule weekly sessions on the same day and time to ensure regularity and consistency for you.
Before our work starts, I will send out a therapy contract which you must read and sign. This helps to create a safe and consistent container for our therapy work together.
All sessions must be paid for in full before our appointed meeting time.
Who I am
I have over 25 years of personal experience offering different therapy modalities. Attending group and individual retreats for over a decade has given me great experiences of introspection and patience.
My yoga and meditation practice brings me alignment, presence, balance and enhances my listening skills and presence.
Coming from a multi-cultural family background, I’ve travelled extensively, making me open and curious about other cultures and ways of living and being.
Working as a flight attendant for more than a decade has also enhanced my understanding of company related topics.
Through my therapy sessions, I bring good listening skills, presence, empathy, patience, insight, emotional intelligence, and a good feeling and understanding of what is going on for the client.
